Due to the weight of this book, at the moment we are not offering a domestic expedited shipping option.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be "pre-authorized" for your purchase amount at time of check-out. At that time your bank may reserve from your account the purchase amount. Your card will not be "charged" until time of shipment.
Tell me more about the lithograph included in the Deluxe Edition.
The lithograph is an individually numbered limited edition of 1000. Each lithograph has been hand signed by Tim and placed into an envelope. This envelope is then inserted into the front of the Deluxe Edition Book. The lithograph is not folded and is ready to be framed.
Was the production of this book eco-conscious?
This book was printed exclusively on paper approved by the Forest Stewardship Council. In addition to using FSC certified paper, in cooperation with the Green Print Alliance over two-thousand new trees were planted to more than offset the environmental impact of producing this book.
